House Rules & Guidelines
General information
- As you know in Italy, waste sorting is very important. We have some issues with customers coming and leaving the trash. It is important that you drop off a day before your departure as that is fine. This is very important, otherwise you will be charged a fine of €50 at the end of your stay.
- At the end of the holiday it is mandatory to empty the fridge and cupboards of all food and non-food items.
- Once you have chosen your room, please do not use the other beds, there will be an additional washing fee. Customers don’t respect that either. I really thank you for these few comments.
- If other people were to come and sleep in Villa Mariolu without reservation, there would be an extra of 75€/night/pers.adults and 50€/night/pers. children.
House rules / Arrival and departure times
The tenants are obliged to comply with the house rules. The house rules are available in the rented premises.
The arrival can generally take place from 16.00 o’clock.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. at the latest.
Check-in = At 4 PM | Checkout = At 10 AM
Pool Use
The use of the pool and entire pool area is at your own responsibility, there is no lifeguard on site. The tenant undertakes to take every precaution for the use of the pool / pool area for him, his family and other guests, especially for children. Children are allowed in the pool area only under the supervision of an adult. The Lessor is released from any liability in this regard.
The tenant agrees to take overall responsibility for himself, his family and guests, otherwise he is prohibited from using the pool and pool area. The swimming pool is open from 01 May to 01 October. It is not heated.
